The President lied in a depostion when he testified that: Even though he was wearing a wetsuit, B.C., fins, mask, tank, and regulator...even though he performed a giant stride entry into the ocean from the stern of a boat...even though he descended 60 feet below the ocean surface...even though he viewed numerous forms of undersea life...that he was absolutely not scuba diving as he understands the definition of the sport.
