The 35-foot Kaimanu is Coast Guard certified to carry 18 passengers, but owners Ken and Linda Bail have built their business by taking smaller groups to the most interesting and unique locations around Kauai, Niihau and Lehua Rock. For this reason, Ken and Linda continue to limit the number of divers to between 6 and 8 with divemasters who are very knowledgeable in marine life. But this is more than a suck, suck, kick, kick, charter. They spend time discussing what is rare and endemic in Hawaiian waters.
