Aberdeen Sub Aqua Club of Aberdeen, Scotland was founded in 1948, has approximately 60 members and is active throughout the whole year. Dundee Univserity Sub Aqua Club is devoted to high quality diving, diver training, and having a good time. Part of Dundee University's Sports Union, their 30-plus members are also a branch of the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC).
East Lothian Divers , formed in 1975, is a branch of the Scottish Sub-Aqua Club (ScotSAC), with a membership of 30 divers of all ages, and varying levels of diver qualifications. East Lothian Divers actively dive all the year round, and operate mainly from Dunbar, where the club's own diving boat is based. Club members have extensive local knowledge of the areas best diving sites, and the best times for diving. In addition to local diving, the club runs expeditions to sites such as the Sound of Mull and Oban, the Isle of Skye, West Coast sea lochs, and to Scapa Flow in Orkney, to dive the 1st World War German High Seas Fleet.
