National Institute for Scuba Diving : Scuba Diving may not be something you'd associate with Lebanon, but with 180 miles of coastline, you should give it a second thought. NISD, located in Beirut, can teach you recreational diving (PADI & NAUI) as well as technical diving (IANTD). They can show you all the wonders that lie between 0 and 40 meters below sea level, and we are able to inform you on all the living and non-living things you see down there.
